Overall experience was such wonderful! This place was lovely and warm. The location it offers is incredibly comfortable not far from the town centre, and Lydiard park, Roves farm and ATB Skateboard warehouse. Also, it was based in a nice quiet area.

Great value for money, with a comfortable room and all the amenities you need. The location was perfect, close to the Swindon Shopping Outlet and a variety of bars and restaurants. The staff, especially Nick, were incredibly responsive and accommodating.
The breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps offering a wider variety of options.

Stayed at a lovely little house that was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. The location was brilliant, with free parking nearby and within walking distance to the Mecca ballroom. It was such a cute place to stay and as a clean freak, I was thrilled with how clean it was.
We did encounter a few minor issues during our stay. The heating settings were a bit odd, sometimes too hot and other times too cold.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this cosy, quirky, and comfy house in a convenient location. The owner, Nick, was extremely responsive and made communication a breeze. The house itself was well-equipped and felt like a home away from home. The large bathroom and comfortable bedding ensured a pleasant stay. Additionally, the surrounding area offers plenty of dining options and even a cinema. I highly recommend this property.
While the mattress was a bit too soft for my liking, this can easily be fixed with a new one. Additionally, the property only has one bedroom, so if you're traveling with a group of four, two people will need to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, which lacks a door for privacy.
